• In 2013, he was appointed by Eli Lilly and Company and Eli Lilly (China) Research and Development Co., Ltd. to represent them in the case of Huang Mengwei, and the Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court issued the first trade secret injunction to the defendant upon the application of Eli Lilly and Company, and the injunction was thus announced by the Supreme People's Court as the top case of eight typical cases of judicial protection of intellectual property rights in national courts, and the decision of the case also became the second case of the Supreme People's Court. The decision also became the second case of the top ten innovative cases in 2014.
  
• In 2014, Mr. Wang was appointed by Victoria's Secret Store Brand Management Co., Ltd. to represent its case against Shanghai Maxi Investment Management Co., Ltd. which was the publicity case of Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court in 2014 and published in People's Court Daily sponsored by the Supreme People's Court. In the process of the case, also because of the listed company Yimin Group and Maxi company on the cooperation of the "Vimy" brand and the attention of the news media, including finance and economics, Wang Xuan lawyer also represented the Vimy company and Yimin Group to negotiate, forcing Yimin Group had to issue an announcement to announce the suspension of cooperation with Maxi, which greatly safeguarded the legal rights of the parties. • In 2015, Mr. Wang Xuan accepted the commission of Beijing Baidu.com to represent it and Shanghai Hantao Information Consulting Co., Ltd (Popular Dianping.com v. Baidu Maps) in the unfair competition case, which lasted for three years and attracted wide social attention. 2016, Mr. Wang Xuan participated in the series of litigation between Baidu and ReadWrite Group as one of the agents of Baidu, and finally the two sides reached strategic cooperation.
  
• In 2018, Wang represented Baidu in its case related to its unwarranted complaint against Baidu to Apple App Store (i.e. Dongfang IC under Headlines, the opening war initiated by Baidu against Headlines), which made Dongfang IC have to withdraw its complaint against Baidu App to Apple as a conclusion.
  
• In 2019, Wang Xuan lawyer represented Baidu.com as the appellant in the appeal case of Beijing Focus Interactive Information Service Co., Ltd Nanjing Branch v. Beijing Baidu.com Technology Co., Ltd infringing on the right of information network dissemination of works, which was recognized by Jiangsu Provincial High Court as one of the ten typical cases of judicial protection of intellectual property rights in Jiangsu courts in 2019.
