The meeting is divided into five agendas:

In this regard, Minister Yang Chunhua commented that the online platform and the openness of party affairs should actively encourage the party organizations of young law firms like this to explore and expand the template of party affairs and improve the working efficiency of party affairs, which is worth learning and using for reference.

Then, Secretary Xue Guocai’s report focused on the importance of the development of Zhonghua Law Firm and lawyer party members. Based on the times, law firms, lawyers, and party members’ lawyers, combined with their horizontal and vertical analysis, it is proposed that the party building promotes the construction of law firms, and the construction of law firms promotes the growth of lawyers. Because of the characteristics of the lawyer profession, lawyers should actively respond to the call of the Party organization, whether from the overall completion of the rule of law society or from personal ideological progress; The law firm should also organize more party building activities to actively enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the whole law firm; As for how to conduct ideological and political learning from the perspective of historical and realistic responsibility, and how to become a qualified party member from the ideological root, it is the core task of each party member lawyer. In this regard, Minister Yang Chunhua believed that law firms should not only focus on improving the personal quality of party members and lawyers, but also actively develop and absorb democratic party lawyers and do a good job in the united front of outstanding lawyers.

Then, Minister Yang Chunhua summarized and evaluated the Party building work of Shanghai Zhonghua Law Firm. At the end of the meeting, Minister Yang put forward several requirements for the party building work of Shanghai Zhonghua Law Firm, hoping that we can play a leading role in the organization of the lawyer party.
