01. Business Meeting

I wanted to learn mathematics, but I have been on the path of law for 19 years. Although it is still a little pity that I often pick up mathematical books or Sudoku and other logical reasoning games, case consultation and scheme planning one after another, and help others with the legal knowledge I have learned, also fill my heart.

When I was young, I always dreamed of leaving my parents’ shelter to develop in a city where no one knew me, or to step across the mountains and rivers of the motherland, and work wherever I went. Ha ha ^ _ ^, The dream is beautiful and full, and the reality is very skinny. After the baptism of reality and society, I slowly smoothed my edges and corners, and at the same time, I strengthened my legal path.

02. Just give and be yourself

In 2011, I began to contact with labor arbitration dispute cases. What impressed me was a major foreign-related labor arbitration dispute case. At that time, there were some young lawyers who were confused and unsure, but I always encouraged myself again and again. I could do this well. Then I began to study and study slowly and think independently, Then I revise it again and again, refining the language. As we all know, there are significant regional differences in labor arbitration dispute cases, so in addition to communicating with the arbitrators in the process of the trial, the telephone communication after the trial has been unclear. Up to the moment when the final arbitration award came down, the statement in my statement of defense was adopted in the part of finding facts, and the chord of my heart was put down. The case had a positive social effect in this foreign company. At that time, the HR director of the entrusted agent company called me many times to ask me to act as their legal adviser. At that time, I was young and not too confident. I felt that my ability was not enough to support this foreign company and declined their invitation.

On a weekend evening in June 2013, I received a phone call. He thanked me on the phone, saying that I had helped him when he was most helpless. He had a family loan, a house loan and a car loan. He himself also negotiated with personnel several times but failed. Later, through my advice and guidance, he saved his job without a lawsuit. He was grateful for this and said he would reward me, I’m glad that my little act helped him, and I refused his reward. To be honest, until I hung up the phone, I didn’t recall that I had given him legal advice, but it was these thanks and recognition that encouraged me and encouraged me to continue on the road of law.

Later, I went to Huace and Jingdong. The staff size of the two companies is increasing, and the staff turnover rate is also getting faster and faster, which is completely different from the work of law firms. After a short adjustment period, I formed my own set of work processes with the team: establishing various contract texts and compliance approval processes, handling a large number of various emergencies, and helping each department to establish contract and legal affairs counterparts through legal training for each department, so that the enterprise can operate stably and rapidly. In this process, I more and more realized the barriers between legal language and life language. I tried to write out a lot of measures to deal with events with legal thinking, so that non legal staff can also use basic legal thinking to think about and solve problems in the enterprise. At the same time, I also held a legal lecture every Thursday in the company, and colleagues and employees from all departments of the company can come to listen to it, receiving very good feedback. I am gratified to see that the receptionists and colleagues can master the basic legal thinking to communicate, deal with problems in work and life, and get promoted in the company.

This work experience has made me more confident and mature in myself. I am very grateful to the team members who understand and support me. So far, I have maintained close and good communication with them.

Love after experience

Now I’m back on the path of my beloved lawyer. The road of lawyers is not as easy as imagined, but I think that since I have chosen to go far, I will only go through trials and hardships.
