On March 3, 2017, the Party branch of the Shanghai Zhonghua Law Firm of the Communist Party of China (CPC) held a special meeting and democratic evaluation of party members.

At the beginning of the meeting, Liu Chao, member of the organizing committee, introduced the contents of the Notice on Holding Special Organizing Life and carrying out Democratic Evaluation of Party Members in the Learning Education of “Two Studies and one Doing” by the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee to the Party members present, and made three tips on the relevant work: 1. Conscientiously carry out the review work; 2. Faithfully implementing the requirements of the Notice; 3. Make good evaluation and rectification work.

Afterwards, Secretary Jin Heshan, on behalf of the Party branch, made a list of prominent problems of the party branch and its members, took the lead in criticism and self-criticism. For some Party members who did not participate in the organizational life due to special circumstances, he asked them to make up lessons after the meeting, and put forward criticism and self-criticism opinions on the party branch’s wechat platform.

At the end of the meeting, the Party branch carried out democracy evaluation activities. The party members present at the meeting filled in the democratic evaluation form to grade the party members through the secret way, and summarized and evaluated their actual performance through the democratic self-evaluation form. Party branches will make a comprehensive analysis of the results after collecting them and give feedback to party members in an appropriate way.
